Both players and operators are concerned that the status of the market won't improve in the future, since the French National Assembly voted against a proposal intended to allow for liquidity sharing

PartyPoker has signed a deal with the Philadelphia 76'ers (NBA) and New Jersey Devils (NHL) teams. Both franchises belong to Joshua Harris, who also owns the Prudential Center in Newark .

One of the biggest French online poker rooms, Winamax Poker, has introduced a new feature: the ability to change your nickname once every six months. According to statements made by the operator itself, this measure wasn't designed to reduce bumhunting, but rather as a proof that the room hears its players, making true one of the most popular requests.
