The Nevada Gaming Policy Comittee will meet next Wednesday to discuss changes to the 2011 Online Poker Bill
Assembly Bill 258 will reportedly be the main subject on the table,the bill in question "forces" the state of Nevada to wait for a federal bill or DOJ authorization in order to begin real wagering intrastate Poker, even tough a federal clarification on the Wire act can be interpreted as an OK, regulators want to make sure they can move forward ASAP and with no major impediment.
There are also other regulatory recommendations particularly regarding to post-regulatory licensing standards for Online Poker companies.
